I have had the phone for about 6 months and initially contacted both Telstra and Sony Ericcson to see if they could talk me through the set up. Choose this option and a small settings file will be sent by SMS to you. Tried several APNs but still really buggy. bacchus the key to all these (mms) settings is: SEND THE FIRST MMS TO YOURSELF. My desire connects as expected with the settings. Just an FYI in case this is the case for anyone else.. i tried the settings mentioned and mobile internet and mms dont work. That done try to send a picture via MMS thats what i did and remember send this first one to your self. You have to have MMS enabled FIRST, call optus to get this done. The error I keep receiving is: "Unable to send message. have a peek here under MCC and MNC, you can not leave it blank.
