The name of the file is;: Stream_Autocomplete_X_AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA.dat And it's located in here: C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\RoamCache If you are on Windows XP with Outlook 2010, then it's here:  C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\RoamCache In Many thanks for any help you can provide. When you start typing a name or email address, it magically brings up everything under the sun! The bad address does not show up when typing the first few letters in the "To:" field.

Solution: The fix is easy: Inside Outlook, Type the email address you wish to clear from the cache until outlook displays it as shown above.
