Solution: The fix is easy: Inside Outlook, Type the email address you wish to clear from the cache until outlook displays it as shown above. It has to do with finding the specific file responsible for your autocomplete cache, an ".NK2" file on your system. The address is the same, the resolve name is not. Hope we get an answer. Then click on Mail and scroll down to the Send Mail section.

Completing addresses when addressing an email works a bit different as Outlook doesn’t have an AutoComplete feature but has an AutoSuggest feature and a Check Names feature instead. If only a single address is resolved, it will autocomplete the address for you.
When you type the first letter in the "To" field, up pops all the cache entries that begin with that character (right or wrong). So easy yet so far from my reach!
