Using the Automatic Formatting dialog: Click the Add button to create new automatic formatting rules. Select Automatic Formatting and follow steps 1 - 4 above to create your formatting rules. I don't know why I didn't think of that at the time. Anyone know a quicker way to get there? You can then change your view when you need it and change it back to the Day/Week/Month view afterwards.
