Anyone have different option ? I watched what they did and wrote an article explaining step by step what to do. Old XP systems that have been cluttered up over the years are more prone to that. I did every step but still no luck. Simple and effective. The files are so large with so many messages, that it takes a fair amount of time to re-index them after many messages have been moved and deleted in the original Good luck!

It seems odd that Outlook set up such a nice litte tab under view in the arrangements section and it doesn't work. Thanks. outlook search is working fine for me now.
