Fix: First of all open up Outlook 2003. I really don't know why this happens but it seems to happen to the same users over and over. Does autocomplte not look in my address book to see if that name appears to help me from retyping the whole name/email?? Thanks in advance.

On your advice, I unchecked it then checked it again and - voila - autocomplete is working again with all my old email addresses so I dont have to go thru Expand Documents and Settings.
