If this is grayed out, go to Tools | Email Accounts, choose View or change existing directories or address book. I am forever changing who is part of the list it is confusing. No, create an account now. If you could help me, I would appreciate it!

So what do I need to change to get this to work?   4. I do not want the recipients to see all of the other client names & their email addresses.
  5. If not, right click on contacts (in folder view) and go to properties "Outlook Address Book" and make sure that the "Show this folder as an e-mail address book" is checked.
  6. I had the same problems and adding the outlook address book cured it and in turn made me look like a computer genius around the office.
