I knew how to check to see if the feature was enabled and it was so I just let it go from there. Go to Tools > Options. EDIT: This fixes the NO autofill problem. This sweepstakes ends on November 17, 2016.

I prefer to just click the "To" button in Outlook when composing a new message, select the name and click OK instead.
