  • I just did another test, and it seems its not just CC/BCC mail, its any mail delivered to 2 or more mailboxes on my server.

In my line of work we have to send messages to entire teams of people, how are we supposed to achieve that without CC? Browse other questions tagged php email bcc or ask your own question. Then reloaded postfix, tested by sending email with multiple recipients, and it didn't work. Is it necessary for the win32 version of the mail() function to require that you use \r\n? The limitation being that you can only send emails using a from email address on the same domain. Until the API changes, it might be worth throwing an exception if a web API call contains a CC or a BCC.

It had to do with a different issue. Ok, so I added the "maildrop_destination_recipient_limit = 1" line to my postfix file. I can't leave the content-filter off, as its removes on average 500 spam and 10 virus emails every day! No joy even on Coding Forums, but after a lot of Googling I found the solution, which was to replace the newline characters with the PHP constant PHP_EOL: $headers = 'MIME-Version:
