Would changing just the caps fix my issues? Odomer, trip, mileage, hours and lights all work and 4x4 turns on and off. Apparently, quite a bit of it! Is the needle suppose to be real easy to turn?
Replacing the components: First: Unless you are experienced in component replacement and circuit board repair, I would not suggest you do this procedure at all!
