Do you think he put something on my computer? If you are using a Mac, they probably asked for money, but also may have told you to install some software on your computer or give them remote access. I have been helping my daughter find a fix for a virus and your solution worked! Was told to disable pop up blocker on my iPad mini with Safari blocker.
