    I had this model too . ** Say thanks by clicking the "Thumb up" icon which is on the left. **** Make it easier for other people to find solutions, by use ctrl + prnt scrn you won't get any sort of notification that it has captured the image but if you open Paint or whichever program you're using and then crtl Press the fn key and the prt sc button to copy the screen to the clipboard as described above. Then you can paste it into Paint, Word, or whatever program you choose to use.I hope that clarifies it for you.Let me know.Thanks!
