In some laptops, you have to press the Fn key, along with the printscreen key to get the job done. My issue was the fn button. It doesn't take one screenshot. Made my day! I spent so long looking through my laptop manual thing, and nowhere did it mention that I needed to press Fn as well as prt sc, which was super helpful.
