ben950, there is no maximum number of reminders you can have. I recreated their windows profile & still nothing! In Outlook 2010, make sure the "Show Reminders" check box is selected.

And my other users don't have cache mode enabled and they still get their reminders... To clear and regenerate your Reminders folder: If Outlook is open, quit the application. I ahvne't tried on any XP machines with Outllok 2007. The reminders are popping up now, the only concern I have is that outlook will be slow with the cache mode.
