I went to Microsoft into the newsgroup forums, and got the answer Briefly :Go to start - my computer - c drive - Windows folder - system32 folder - spool folder Uninstalling NetSupport resolved the problem. Your printer driver may be corrupted, causing the spooler problems when it tries to handle faulty data from the printer.
